What we do

Want to get out more?

Want to be involved with more each day?

Meet new people?

Be part of a team?

PTBM focus on supporting vulnerable adults within the community who may be suffering from anxiety after a traumatic experience, Mental Health issues, Learning disabilities, Autism or individuals that have recently left care and need support to be independent and integrate into society.

We work with customers in the community who are living alone, in homes or shared accommodation. We support to get out and about, join in, remain independent and be in control.

We also help within the home, keeping on top of the housework, finances, budgeting, repairs around the home, gardening or decorating that may need doing. Whatever the need, we have honest, reliable teams ready and waiting.

Some specific areas we cover:

  • Support to manage post and bill queries
  • Travel Training
  • Getting out the house, make the most of each day
  • Benefit application and support
  • Providing and working through coping mechanisms.

  • Addressing Debt
  • Home Maintenance
  • Structure within and around the home
