A community support team that is available when needed most. With our dedicated, caring and qualified team, we hope to make life easier. Our mission is to give purpose to each day and provide coping tools & assistance where required. 

PTBM offers a service that is:

Reliable – We set a support plan and do what we say we will.

Guided – With step by step plans, tailored for each individual and their needs.

Value for money – The skills we help customers to gain will remain with them and can be reused time and time again

Flexible – Face to face support sessions that work for the customer

Time effective – With either a weekly visit of 2-4 hours, or enhanced support that provides daily face to face support, over a two-week period.
